Current Openings





  • Lead research, design, architecture, implementation and security of Active Directory (SSO/AD FS, WFS, DNS, DHCP) and PKI infrastructure for company clients.

  • Understand customer business needs, to design large enterprise solutions using technical, application and business requirements including capacity planning, disaster recovery, performance tuning and testing, logical and physical architecture design.

  • Perform AD assessment/review and provide recommendations to clients on best practices on how to standardize and optimize and then implement.

  • Develop computer network architectural strategies throughout all stages and implement designs by writing scripts, configuring systems, servers, cloud resources, including testing, and debugging.

  • Primary interface between the customer and delivery teams and own the technical ownership of Active Directory, DFS, Wintel, PKI, ADFS, Azure AD, etc.

  • Develop or recommend network security measures, such as firewalls, network security audits, or automated security probes.

  • Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidation.

  • Monitor and analyze network performance and reports on data input or output to achieve optimum performance levels, detect problems, identify inefficient use of computer resources, or perform capacity planning in standalone and multi-tiered environments.

  • Conduct system analysis, configuration management and develops improvements for system software performance, availability and reliability.

  • Perform incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with customer IT service agreement.

  • Provide in-depth diagnosis for operating systems software/hardware failures and develops solutions.

  • Evaluate network designs to determine whether customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Prescribe system backup/disaster recovery procedures and directs recovery operations in the event of destruction of all or part of the operating system or other system components.

  • Determine specific network hardware or software requirements, such as platforms, interfaces, bandwidths, or routine schemas.

  • Provide continuous assessment and analysis of replication topologies, hybrid directory synchronization and database copies on the DC Topologies.

  • Provide analysis and in-depth solutions for directory schema database modifications, class creations and object morphology.




At least an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Foreign equivalent accepted. 


Must have at least two years of experience in the job offered or as Infrastructure Architect.


Must have MCSE (Server Infrastructure) Certification


Must have MCTS (Active Directory, Server Infrastructure, and Azure Solutions) Certification


Must have MCSE (Cloud Platform and Infrastructure) Certification or MCASA (Azure Solutions Architect) Certification
